Residence Felix, in Kukci, offers you an optimal location, only 3 km from the beach and the historic old town.

A small Aunt Ema store with fresh rolls and other is nearby, as well as the restaurant Marina..

We, your hosts speak German and Italian. With various information we try to accommodate the guests wishes, such. B: Bike rental with cycling map of the area with tour description (numerous marked bike paths) with tips for special excursions and festivals that take place throughout the summer in Istria.

Kleinschalig goed verzorgd complex met zwembad, ook in april / mei, waar de eigenaren zeer vriendelijk zijn ! Hond is hier ook welkom en met een groot uitlaatgebied grenzend aan het complex ben je van alle gemakken voorzien

Uz divnu atmosferu i jako lijepo uređen stan imali smo i divne domaćine, ugodnu i toplu peć su nam punili sa drvenim peletima na dnevnoj bazi osiguravajući da nam nebude hladno. Osjeti se posvećenost hostova u detaljima, do najsitnije stvari kao što su čokoladice uz ručnike.Kuhinja je opremljena sa svime potrebnim da smo mogli kuhati, dvije spavaće sobe sa ugodnim krevetima, te veliki prostrani dnevni boravak za druženje i odmaranje. Vidi se da je apartman podoban i za dugotrajni najam, te da netko može tamo i živjeti bez problema. Na par minuta hoda nalazi se i dučan, a za sve što je potrebno za kupovinu nije nam bio problem uzeti auto jer je Poreč sam po sebi manji grad i sve je dostupno. Bilo je hladnije pa se u bazenu nismo kupali, ali u stanu su i dvije klime koje su osigurale da se osjećamo ugodno.Također s internetom nismo imali problema, radili smo sve što smo trebali bez ikakvih ometanja. (Ping 20, Download 20, Upload 15). Svake pohvale za trud i posvećenost, ugodno smo se osjećali, kao da smo na odmoru, makar smo došli poslovno. Super Lage, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Einrichtung ist top, sehr zu empfehlen. Autofahrt nach Porec ist kurz. Dort gibt es schöne Hundestrände.

Un posto molto curato, con appartamenti nuovissimi, accoglienti e ben serviti. I padroni di casa disponibili ma discreti, attenti al benessere degli ospiti. Funzionali la zona piscina (♡) e solarium e perfette le aree ristoro per cucinare alla griglia, con bibite fresche e gelati a disposizione. Ma soprattuttto, da far presente, come valore aggiunto, l'attenzione prestata alle necessità dei cani! Super Felix!!!

Large, well-equipped apartment, nice owner, cleanliness. There is a swimming pool and massage facilities in the courtyard. Children's playground. Calm beautiful setting.

Our stay was just lovely? !!!We had the Sole bungalow, which had two bedrooms, a kitchen, a new bathroom and two terraces. There is also a wonderful communal pool, barbecue area and refrigerators with drinks. Everything was sparkling clean and very appealingWe traveled with a baby, a high chair and cot were provided.All in all ... a clear recommendation!

Wonderful facility with a family atmosphere, as the hosts Aleta and her husband are warmly welcomed and very helpful. The rooms are fully equipped, the pool area is clean, there are enough sunbathing areas. The area is great - all in all, highly recommended!

Wir haben hier wunderschöne 2 Wochen verbracht, die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet, lag sehr gut und die Vermieter waren super Nett. Leider gab es auch ein paar negative Sachen wie das total zerrissene Sofa und das renovierungsbedürftige Badezimmer. Im großen und ganzen aber absolut zu empfehlen!

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Anlage ist sauber und sehr schön, auch unsere kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß.Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub der Bungalow ist sehr schön, Bad komplett neu, küche vollständig eingerichtet. Aleta und Ihr Mann stehen immer zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.
