ABOUT US
Felix residence is located in Kukci, a residential area, on the outskirts of the city of Poreč, only 3 km from the beaches and the city center.
Kukci is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Not so long ago, it was a small village on the edge of a fertile valley with only a few stone houses. Today it is a quiet residential area with attractive family homes that blend into the natural surroundings, away from the city and traffic noise.
There is a small supermarket in our village where one can buy fresh groceries on a daily basis and a restaurant which is well known for its specialties. For tennis lovers there are tennis courts, near by, which can be used. We are only 3 km away from the center of Poreč and 2km away from shopping centers.
SWIMMING POOL
Your Private Oasis of Relaxation
Enjoy a heated swimming pool set in a peaceful, landscaped garden. Comfortable sun loungers and parasols await you around the pool for ultimate rest and relaxation. The pool is available from April to October, measuring 7.5 × 3 m with a depth of 1.5 m, and convenient steps ensure easy access in and out of the water. An ideal place to soak up the sun and enjoy refreshing moments in the pool!
Grill & Pavilion
Enjoy romantic evenings by the pool in a charming pavilion with elegant seating and flowing white curtains. The covered summer kitchen offers a sink with hot water, dining table with benches, and both a gas and a wood/charcoal barbecue. A perfect spot for cozy family gatherings or a glass of wine at sunset.
Children's Playground
The playground for children is located in the shade of the fenced garden. It features two swings and a slide.
Free Wi-Fi
is available throughout the property for all guests.
Bicycle Storage – Safe & Secure
Lockable garden storage is available for bicycles.
Air Conditioning & Heating
Air conditioning is charged according to usage at €0.50 per kWh.
For stays between October 15 and April 15, a monthly flat rate plus the local tourist tax applies.
